Toothpaste stains can be easily removed with warm water. First remove the worst of the stain without damaging the clothing. When the biggest part of the stain is removed the clothing can be soaked in a bucket of warm water. Rinse the clothing afterwards and wash it in the machine.

The stain should be removed completely now.
